A TASTE OF MINDFULNESS
3 X weekly sessions of 1 hour
3 weekly sessions of one hour offering a brief taste of mindfulness practice and theory.
- We will explore the mind’s natural tendency to be scattered and to wander and how we can train attention to create choices about where and how we place attention.
- We will experience different ways of being and knowing; recognising how much of our experience is shaped by thought.
- We will learn about the difference between reacting and responding; developing ways to create the space to make choices between them.
This course is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. Please do not sign up for this training if you are currently experiencing severe problems in these areas.
