I was born in France, grew up in Africa and worked in Paris in the Banking industry for over 20 years. I moved to London in 2012 where I trained in Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. I became a British citizen in 2020.
Now, I am an Experienced 200 hour (E-RYT 200) and Advanced 300 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance International. I am also a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).
I completed a Postnatal Yoga and Yoga for Babies training with Sarah Swindlehurst, at Yogakidz.
I trained in Yoga for Children with Susannah Hoffman, at Triyoga and Teen Yoga and Mindfulness with Charlotta Martinus, at Yoga Campus.
I obtained certification in Yoga for depression and Yoga for anxiety at CPD level then I trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) with Alexandra Cat, Justice Resource Institute's Center for Trauma and Embodiment.
I have been meditating for over 8 years and I regularly attend Buddhist and Vipassana retreats.
I completed the Power of Awareness course of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, University of California.
I am currently completing a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Teacher Training with the Oxford Mindfulness Institut, University of Oxford.
Prior to my yoga and mindfulness training, I completed an MSc in HR and Organisational Management and an MSc in Political Sciences.
I am located in the West ward of Highbury. You can find me at the Elizabeth House Community Center where I run my classes and workshops in term time and holidays.
In addition to my public classes, I work for various charities and I volunteer with Body and Soul charity where I teach Yoga and Mindfulness to young adults affected by HIV/AIDS or attempted suicide.
