SELF-AWARENESS, STRESS REDUCTION & DEEP RELAXATION


6 X weekly sessions of 90 minutes to regain the feeling of your body
and learn easy step-by-step techniques for calming the body and mind.


Through this course, you will learn the importance of experiencing bodily sensations and exploring your senses.

Flo will lead you through breathwork, guided meditation, and progressive relaxation techniques to reconnect with yourself and release stress and anxiety.

This course is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. Please do not sign up for this training if you are currently experiencing severe problems in these areas.
