SELF-AWARENESS PRACTICES


A 2-hour workshop to explore our own embodied awareness and the relationship between body and mind.


We don't pay attention to our body, yet it has a lot to say. Self-awareness is the conscious perception and interpretation of physiological states and sensations. It reflects our ability to sense, interpret, and act upon bodily signals, and it plays a vital role in maintaining a balanced mental and physical state.

The workshop is light hearted and uses a variety of teaching tools, including:
- Grounding practices
- Body awareness and body reading
- Free movements
- Mirroring movements
- Playing with boundaries
- ....

The workshop is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. Please do not sign up for this training if you are currently experiencing severe problems in these areas.

When: Saturday 7th December 2024
