VINYASA / FLOW YOGA
- This class is suitable for those who have a basic understanding of some yoga postures and have attended classes regularly already. 


- Wednesday - 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. - No booking required.


The class is followed by a swim at Totland Bay for those who wish and when weather permits.


Vinyasa is a fluid sequence of dynamic and invigorating movements initiated and harmonized by breathing. Throughout the session, attention is focused on breathing, postural alignment, and self-awareness. It's a practice that brings strength, flexibility, and concentration.

Unlike Ashtanga, from which it is inspired, Vinyasa is made up of flexible series that I design according to the theme of the session and the needs of the clients.

What do you need?

Mats and props are available for you in the studio. There is no need to wear tight stretchy leggings and tops. The only thing that matters is that you wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.

As you move through a class you can get warm so, it's good to wear clothes that keep you Cool, but bring a jumper for relaxation, when the body rapidly cools down.

The Heather Wood Park road bus stop is right out of the door.

It's possible to park your car in the driveway or outside along the street.

  • £50 for a pack of 6 classes.
    Valid for a calendar year from date of purchase.
    A pack is strictly personal and cannot be  shared with other students.
